A customer service call center is a department where a team of agents handle inbound and outbound phone calls from customers. It is a cloud-based software solution that enables effective management of incoming and outgoing communication, including routing and reporting.
**Responsibilities**:

- Explaining products and services to customers and prospective customers
- Resolving customer queries and issues
- Entering information into a database, such as order and payment information, customer feedback, and call logs
- Following detailed company procedures and policies
- Researching company products and programs
- Documenting and reporting customer interactions.
- Creating a positive customer experience and encouraging repeat business

**Skills/Requirements**:

- Active listener, Outgoing personality, problem solving, adaptability, proficiency in Microsoft office, product knowledge, organizational skills, communication skills, willing to learn. Customer-orient, positive attitude
- Must enjoy working in Call Centre Environments
- Ensure excellent customer service support on hotline.
- Work closely with Team.
- At least higher Nitec, GCE “N’ level and above
