The Healthcare Infrastructure Projects Division is a multidisciplinary team consisting of medical planners, architects, engineers, project managers, quantity surveyors, and asset management professionals, supporting the development and building of public healthcare infrastructure projects such as regional and community hospitals, specialist centres, polyclinics and nursing homes to prepare for future demand.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous facilities management professional to join our growing MOHH IFM team. This is a dynamic and forward-looking role, overseeing integrated facilities management and operations for healthcare nursing facilities—driven by innovation, smart technologies, and sustainable practices.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilities Operations & Maintenance
- Manage day-to-day FM operations across a portfolio of nursing homes.
- Oversee ad-hoc facility improvement projects.
- Maintain and update FM Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines
Stakeholder, Team & Vendor Management
- Lead and develop a team of MOHH IFM staff and external service providers
- Build strong relationships with nursing home stakeholders and ensure service excellence
Regulatory Compliance: Safety, Health & Fire
- Oversee Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) and Fire Safety Management (FSM) compliance across the properties.
Technology, Data & Digitalisation
- Drive the adoption of digital FM Solutions (e.g., IHAM-CMMS, smart FM solutions, data analysis, utilities management).
- Manage and implement smart and innovative FM solutions.
Sustainability & Resource Stewardship
- Implement and monitor green initiatives aligned with BCA Green Mark and MOHH sustainability goals.
- Manage FM budgets, cost tracking, and value-for-money initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Infrastructure & Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of FM experience preferably in large-scale or critical facilities (e.g., hospitals, multiple sites).
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Technical and operational expertise across FM domains
- Proven ability in crisis mangement management
- Financial and budgeting skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Passion for innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement
- Experience in project management, commissioning of new facilities, and contract/vendor management.
- Familiarity with WSH policies and FM regulatory frameworks.
- Relevant certifications (preferred): BCA Green Mark, Workplace Safety & Health, Fire Safety Management, Facilities Management Professional (FMP) / Expert (FME),bizSAFE Level 2 or above
