As Management Trainee, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. You will assist the restaurant management in overseeing day-to-day operations while ensuring customer satisfaction and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist to manage the front-of-house team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Handle customer queries and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Assist the restaurant management in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Help maintain a positive and energetic work atmosphere for the team.
  • 5-day and 6-day work week options are available
