Location: Near One North MRT

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Working Days & Hours: Mon–Thurs, 8:30am–6:00pm; Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)

Join the HR team to support both HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition functions. This role offers exposure across data management, recruitment coordination, and internship administration, giving you the opportunity to contribute to HR operations and employee lifecycle support.

Responsibilities:

HRBP Administration

  • Maintain and update employee personnel files (physical and electronic).
  • Upload documents and photos into HR systems and e-registries.
  • Track HR records and provide administrative support to the HRBP team.

Data & Records Management

  • Review HR datasets to identify and resolve errors, inconsistencies, and missing data.
  • Verify, correct, and perform accurate data entry across HR systems.
  • Work with stakeholders to implement data-cleaning methodologies.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Talent Acquisition Support

  • Assist with the full recruitment cycle including interview scheduling, assessments, and logistics.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes: pre-employment checks, clearance, and new hire records.
  • Maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
  • Support the TA team with administrative tasks to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Internship Administration (Secondary Scope)

  • Liaise with interns to collect required documentation and confirm internship details.
  • Maintain records and update master lists.
  • Issue internship agreements and coordinate onboarding/offboarding with supervisors.
  • Support with internship extensions, terminations, testimonials, and assessments.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in HR Management preferred; candidates without a diploma but with relevant HR experience may also be considered.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, ideally in HRBP admin, recruitment support, internship coordination, or data management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills required.
  • Experience with data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) or RPA solutions is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
