**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead our digital sales efforts in the FMCG sector, focusing on meat, frozen food, fruits, and vegetables. This role demands a dynamic leader who can manage our online presence, optimize e-commerce activities, and deliver an exceptional customer experience, with proficiency in **Chinese being essential.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **E-commerce Strategy**:
- Craft and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy in line with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competition, identifying opportunities for growth, with a focus on Chinese-speaking markets.
- **Website Management**:
- Ensure the e-commerce website is maintained and optimized, particularly for Chinese-speaking customers, enhancing user experience and functionality.
- **Traffic and Conversion**:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, specifically targeting Chinese-speaking audiences, to improve traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
- **Inventory and Fulfillment**:
- Work with inventory and logistics teams to guarantee product availability and efficient fulfillment, with understanding of the Chinese market dynamics.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:
- Use web analytics tools to monitor key performance metrics, focusing on insights relevant to the Chinese market, and report on these regularly.
- **Customer Experience**:
- Proactively manage customer feedback and resolve shopping issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction among **Chinese-speaking customers**.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Lead a team of e-commerce professionals, encouraging a culture of innovation and collaboration, with a command of Chinese to communicate effectively.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of e-commerce managerial experience, preferably in the FMCG sector, with a strong focus on **Chinese markets**.
- Fluent in **Chinese (Mandarin)** and English.
- Expertise in e-commerce platforms, web development, and digital marketing strategies, with a deep understanding of the Chinese online consumer market.
- Proficient in web analytics and reporting tools, ideally with experience in analyzing trends in the **Chinese market**.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
