Human Resource Manager

Job responsibilities:
Responsible for recruitment, performance assessment, training, salary and welfare, employee relations, administration and other daily work;
Prepare personnel recruitment plan and promote its implementation;
Plan and coordinate the overall operation of the personnel department, update and improve the personnel management system;
Excellent communication and public relations skills, with the ability to solve emergencies;
Promotion and implementation of training plans;
Organizational development of personnel.
Position Conditions:
University degree or above, major in human resources, business management, more than 5 years of working experience, more than 3 years of working experience in the same position;
Have a systematic understanding of modern enterprise human resource management mode and practical experience accumulation, have a deep understanding of all functional modules of human resource management, at least proficient in recruitment, performance, training three modules, able to guide the work of each functional module;
Familiar with national and local laws, regulations and policies on human resource management in Singapore and Malaysia;
Excellent communication and public relations ability, with the ability to solve emergencies;
Have good interpersonal skills, organization and coordination skills, communication skills and the ability to solve complex problems;
Have the ability to build team members from 0 to 1;
Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
