Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented front of house (FOH) service staff to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and drinks according to company standards.
  • Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and politely.
  • Ensure tables, service stations, and the dining area are kept clean and well-organized.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service.
  • Process bills, payments, and handle cash or POS transactions accurately.
  • Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.
  • Maintain positive relations with our frequent customers.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in F&B service or hospitality is an advantage (training provided for fresh hires).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, team player, customer-focused mindset, and most importantly willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is preferred.
  • Food and hygiene certificate (Preferably)
  • Preferably barista trained, but training will be provided if untrained.
