We are a growing F&B group operating Korean BBQ and Asian cuisine concepts in prime locations across Singapore. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and an authentic dining experience to our guests. As we expand, we are looking for energetic and service-oriented individuals to join our front-of-house team.


Job Responsibilities

As a Front of House Crew member, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining atmosphere. Your responsibilities include:

  • Greet and seat guests warmly upon arrival
  • Take and process food and beverage orders accurately
  • Serve dishes and drinks promptly and professionally
  • Assist customers with BBQ grilling if needed
  • Handle cashiering and manage POS transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
  • Uphold excellent customer service and hygiene standards
  • Support team members in daily operations and special events

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of F&B or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passionate about Korean cuisine and dining culture
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Proficient in English; ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers)
  • Singaporean/PR only
