Key Responsibilities:

Sales Assistant/Store Associate

  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the perfect footwear for their needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and managing inventory.
  • Stay informed about HOKA products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to showcase our products effectively.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Passion for outdoor activities, running, or fitness.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Enthusiasm for learning about HOKA products and sharing that knowledge with customers.
