This position's primary purpose is to assist in the daily issuance and stocks to Sales Reps and receiving balance stocks from Sales Reps at Day End. The role also requires the incumbent to receive inventory from the external contract warehouse and store / organize the inventory in the Direct Sales Operation duty-paid.

The incumbent is responsible for the following key areas:
1) To arrange and prepare stocks in advance according to Sales Reps' distribution plan. Issue stocks to Sales Reps at Start of Day, ensuring that the actual stock quantities issue tally with Sales Reps' stock reconciliation report.

2) Receive balance stocks from Sales Reps at Day End, ensuring that the actual quantities tally with Sales Reps' stock reconciliation report.

3) Receive delivery of stocks from external contract warehouse and stack/store them in a proper manner, practising First In First Out (FIFO) inventory management.

4) Perform housekeeping duties related to the maintenance of the warehouse to ensure a clean and conducive environment for storage.

5) Assist in the organization of market returns, manufacturing fault stocks, and stock destruction.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Completed Primary or Secondary school
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar capacity in FMCG industry
- Preferably PC literate
