What the role is

We are seeking a proactive and inquisitive Manager/Senior Manager to support our Strategy team in the following:

What you will be working on

  • Conduct literature reviews on key topics of interest to WSG
  • Assist in implementing WSG's research agenda and operations, including those related to the Alliance for Action for Career and Employment Services (AfA-ACES), supporting engagements of research performers, supporting the implementation of common research workshops with our partners, as well as coordinating and updating on the progress of research efforts
  • Assist the team in securing and managing funding for WSG's research work
  • Support the team in secretariat and staffing work

What we are looking for

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a public sector strategy or research function is preferred but not required
- Possess good writing and critical thinking skills, and comfortable with drafting reports, slides and submissions
- Possess good project management skills
- Proficient in the use of PowerPoint, and comfortable in giving presentations
- Able to work independently or as a team player

About Workforce Singapore
