*About the Role*
Channel Sales and Business Development
- Ability to drive revenue through partners and alliances while carrying and meeting a sales quota.
- Skilled in building and executing joint go-to-market strategies with channel partners in the region.
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and ability to close deals through indirect sales motions.
Partner and Alliance Management
- Expertise in managing software vendor alliances to deliver joint value propositions.
- Coordinating enablement, incentives, and co-selling programs to strengthen partner engagement.

Operational and Executive Cadence Management
- Strong organizational and program management skills to run regular business reviews, QBRs, and governance meetings.
- Ability to align internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, product, technical) with partner stakeholders at operational and executive levels.
- Ensuring partner performance metrics (pipeline contribution, revenue attainment, certification, etc.) are tracked and actioned.
Strategic Communication andInfluence
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and executive-level communication skills.
- Ability to influence both internally (sales leadership, technical teams) and externally (partner executives, alliance vendors).
Experience
8 - 12 Years of Experience
Education
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Master Degree is preferred
