Location: Clementi

Work hours: Standard 9.00am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

Objective:

To deliver comprehensive support for end-user devices and services, ensuring high availability, performance, and user satisfaction across all support levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Level 1 & 2 Support:

  • Device setup, configuration, and maintenance (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals).
  • Basic troubleshooting for hardware/software issues.
  • Software installation and updates.
  • User onboarding/offboarding and account provisioning.
  • Endpoint security (antivirus, patching, encryption).
  • Service desk ticket handling and resolution within SLA.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role providing end-user support.
  • Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and productivity tools (Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms).
  • Basic understanding of IT service management (ITSM) practices and ticketing systems.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
