**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
- Build and configure servers to meet organisational needs.
- Monitor and manage network performance and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems.
- Ensure data security, identifies cybersecurity risk and recommends appropriate measures/protocols, and system backups.
- Maintain and update Office Hardware inventory
- Arrange or conduct IT training for new users or technologies
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
- Maintain/create user documentation and training materials
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security, compliance, and efficient operations.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and efficient use of resources.
- Provide day to day IT support to end-users within the company.
- Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, IT infrastructure, server management, and networking.
- Strong knowledge of server configuration, network protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with IT maintenance and security practices.
- Knowledge in networking TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP troubleshooting.
- Relevant certifications such CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) will have an added advantage.
- Proficient in managing both Windows and Mac devices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $5,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 31/10/2024
