We are looking for a dedicated HR professional to support end-to-end recruitment and HR operations within a dynamic and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a positive employee experience and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including CV screening, initial interviews and coordination with hiring managers.
  • Support hiring managers with interview scheduling, feedback collection and offer management to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Prepare and administer employment contracts for new hires and staff movements.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Respond to employee enquiries on HR-related matters and provide guidance on policies.
  • Maintain and update personnel records with accuracy and in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist with HR projects and process improvement initiatives (e.g., digitisation of files, data clean-up, system migration).

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, including full-cycle recruitment.
  • Good understanding of recruitment best practices and Singapore employment legislation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Workday, HRP and commonly used recruitment platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, TAFEP guidelines and industrial relations.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

Additional Information

  • Contract duration: 12 months
  • Salary range: $3,500 – $4,500, depending on experience and competencies
