The Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering our client, one of the world's leader in the Beauty Industry
  • As a PMO, you will serve as a central support system for Transformation Leads and the strategic program leadership team. Your role is to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. You'll oversee transitions across business platforms and regions, drive governance and execution, and support communication and alignment across senior stakeholders.
  • 4 months contract
  • Salary: Up to SGD 17k
  • Candidate who can start on immediate notice will be advantageous

The Talent

  • Min 8 years of experience in PMO
  • Proven experience in large-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong proficiency in MS tools (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, Teams).
  • Ability to produce high-quality deliverables and manage cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description

  • Program Coordination: Lead cadence setup for program meetings (agenda, minutes), manage timelines, drive content collection, and follow up on action items while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior stakeholders and vendors across regions to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Template Creation: Design and develop program templates, especially for transition planning and data collection.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Produce high-quality status reports, track action items, and maintain program documentation.
  • Strategic Storyboarding: Create impactful presentations and narratives to communicate program progress and outcomes.
  • IT & Outsourcing Expertise: Apply knowledge of IT landscapes and outsourcing models to guide program decisions.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Maintain and manage risk and issue logs effectively.
