Responsibilities
- Oversee daily workplace operations to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, including coordination of maintenance and repairs.
- Manage mailroom functions, office supplies, inventory, and locker allocation.
- Serve as the main contact for employee inquiries and support engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Assist visitors with app-related concerns and coordinate with support teams for resolution.
- Support space planning and meeting room bookings for internal events and leadership activities.
- Communicate workplace updates and feedback between employees and management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields preferred.
- Certifications in Facilities Management or Workplace Safety
- Prior experience in facilities management, office administration, or related fields.
- Experience in customer service or employee engagement is preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace.
