Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily workplace operations to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, including coordination of maintenance and repairs.
  • Manage mailroom functions, office supplies, inventory, and locker allocation.
  • Serve as the main contact for employee inquiries and support engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist visitors with app-related concerns and coordinate with support teams for resolution.
  • Support space planning and meeting room bookings for internal events and leadership activities.
  • Communicate workplace updates and feedback between employees and management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields preferred.
  • Certifications in Facilities Management or Workplace Safety
  • Prior experience in facilities management, office administration, or related fields.
  • Experience in customer service or employee engagement is preferred
  • Familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace.
