Refund Temp

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily refund processes, including validating refund entries and ensuring accuracy of refund requests
• Maintain accurate documentation and perform data entry for refund transactions
• Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on refund-related matters
• Support month-end activities related to refunds
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or a related discipline
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable is advantageous, but not mandatory
• Open to candidates without prior experience who are keen to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel); experience with SAP is a plus
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to meet deadlines and work independently
• Demonstrates integrity and a positive attitude

Job Type: 3-Month or 6-Month Contract

Salary: Up to $2,200 per month
