You will be working with a Singapore-based entity engaged in the advancement and translation of specialised engineering research into practical applications for evolving societal needs.

Your new role

As Innovation & Strategy Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Technology Scouting & Research: Investigate global market trends, emerging technologies, and innovative companies to inform strategic direction and client needs.
  • Insights & Reporting Conduct: rigorous analysis using diverse tools and databases. Present clear, actionable reports and findings that support high-level decision-making.
  • Ecosystem Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with startups, VCs, accelerators, research institutes, government agencies, and other innovation stakeholders.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams including R&D, partnerships, and product development to ensure strategic alignment and successful collaboration.
  • Innovation Strategy Contribution: Participate in strategy sessions and client-facing engagements to support innovation planning and contribute to the company's growth initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information technology, computer engineering or another closely related discipline.
  • 3-5 years' experience in an innovation-focused role, including delivery or support of advisory or consulting projects.
  • A strong foundation in technology research, market trends analysis, or innovation consulting
  • Experience engaging with Singapore's start-up and innovation ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills to translate complexity into clarity
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to navigate cross-disciplinary environments
  • Passionate about innovation and emerging tech.
