
Regional HR Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage the HR matters across Group's regional entities within the Southeast Asia (SEA) region.
- Administer and enhance the performance management framework to promote a high-performance culture.
- Manage compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering strong working relationships.
- Establish and maintain HR systems, procedures, and policies across the organization.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
- Support organizational growth by developing initiatives that enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Identify training needs and oversee the implementation and evaluation of training programs.
- Provide HR analytics and insights to management for informed decision-making.
- Ensure all HR practices and policies comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
- About 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the re/insurance industry
- Prior regional HR experience within Southeast Asia region would be advantageous
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
