Central Region, Singapore PERSOL Full time $60,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HR matters across Group's regional entities within the Southeast Asia (SEA) region.
  • Administer and enhance the performance management framework to promote a high-performance culture.
  • Manage compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering strong working relationships.
  • Establish and maintain HR systems, procedures, and policies across the organization.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Support organizational growth by developing initiatives that enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Identify training needs and oversee the implementation and evaluation of training programs.
  • Provide HR analytics and insights to management for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure all HR practices and policies comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
  • About 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the re/insurance industry
  • Prior regional HR experience within Southeast Asia region would be advantageous
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
