Sales and Customer Support Executive

Our client, a well-known Japanese real estate company is currently looking for a Sales and Customer Support Executive (Japanese Speaking).

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales activities targeting Japanese organization.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants and accompany them for property viewings.
  • Support daily operations by providing Japanese translation for Japanese speaking clients.
  • Handle move-in and move-out procedures.
  • Provide after-move-in support in collaboration with the customer support team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or above.
  • Proficiency in Japanese in order to support Japanese-speaking customers.
  • Prior experience as a salesperson is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate or Singapore housing market is a plus.
