Receptionist

Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Guide clients around the showroom, introducing and highlighting product features and collections.
- Provide basic product information and direct detailed inquiries to the sales team.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Collect and distribute letters/documents from the company mailbox.
- Assist the sales team by making cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Maintain the reception and showroom area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable.
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments and showroom visits.
- Support administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Assist with showroom events, client visits, or product launches when required.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements :
- Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service oriented and confident in interacting with clients.
- Comfortable with making cold calls to support sales activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a receptionist, customer service, or sales support role is an advantage.
