About the Role

This is not a corporate job.

This is a hands-on, flexible, creative role working directly with a growing personal brand in golf, travel, and lifestyle content.

You will travel, shoot videos, take photos, help edit, help post on social media, brainstorm ideas, and support the creator in building the brand across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

If you enjoy creating social content, love travelling, are easy-going, and want to be part of a growing online brand — this role is for you.

What You Will Do

Social Media Support

· Help manage and grow TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube channels

· Assist with social media posting, organising content, and writing captions

· Create simple social media posts and reels

Video & Photo Production

· Assist with filming videos on location (mostly on smartphone)

· Take photos and record behind-the-scenes content during shoots and travel

· Help with basic video editing using CapCut (short-form videos)

Content Creation & Strategy

· Assist with brainstorming video ideas

· Travel to filming locations (locally and internationally) — fully paid

· Be proactive during trips: capture moments, make quick posts, and gather content

· Support long-form YouTube video production alongside the creator

General Support

· Help with planning shoots, organising files, basic admin related to social media

· Be flexible and adaptable — shoot days may vary

· Participate creatively in shaping the content and brand

What We're Looking For

· Good English communication

· Basic video editing skills (CapCut preferred — can learn quickly)

· Familiar with TikTok / Instagram

· Some experience with filming or photography is a plus

· At least 1 year experience in any creative or social media role (or strong personal interest)

· Someone responsible, reliable, and willing to take ownership

· Hardworking, flexible with hours, and comfortable travelling frequently

· Easy-going personality — you will be working closely with one person

· Most filming will be done on a Samsung S25 Ultra or similar smartphones for now.
