
Company Secretary

Main Responsibilities:
1) Provide comprehensive company secretarial services to client companies, including company registration, annual review, change declaration, deregistration, and other affairs.
2) Draft and prepare company resolutions, meeting minutes, notices, statutory forms, etc.
3) Proficiently use the ACRA BizFile+ platform for online declarations (e.g., appointment/removal of directors, share capital adjustment, registered address change, etc.).
4) Maintain and update Statutory Registers and company records.
5) Assist clients in understanding compliance requirements and provide reasonable suggestions.
6) Maintain good communication with regulatory authorities (e.g., ACRA, IRAS, etc.).
7) Effectively communicate with local and Chinese clients in both English and Chinese.
【Internal Function: Internal guidance and risk control for the compliant and legal operation of the Singapore entity】
Job Requirements:
1) At least 5 years of practical work experience as a company secretary in Singapore. 、2) Familiar with the Singapore Companies Act and relevant regulations, capable of independently completing declaration work.
3) Proficient in using the ACRA BizFile+ platform.
4) Excellent English and Chinese communication skills, able to fluently write English documents.
5) Preference for candidates holding or pursuing professional qualifications from CSIS (Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore).
6) Meticulous, reliable, with good time management skills and service awareness.
7) Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
