We are open to new instructors who are eager to learn—additional mentoring will be provided to help you refine your teaching style and build confidence.

What You'll Do

  • Lead private and group Reformer Pilates sessions that are safe, engaging, and gentle
  • Create personalized class plans tailored to each participant's abilities and goals
  • Guide clients on breathing, posture, and mindful movement
  • Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive studio environment
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked studio
  • Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly
  • Collaborate with fellow instructors to maintain a harmonious and caring team culture

Requirements

  • Certified Pilates Instructor (Reformer certification required)
  • 1+ year of teaching experience preferred, but new instructors are welcome
  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus

  • A gentle, patient, and inclusive teaching approach is highly valued

  • Min. 4 hours commitment per week required OR minimum 16 hours per month.
