Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking several **Customer Training Specialist (Structures Instructor) **to join our team in **Singapore**. The Customer Training Specialist (Structures Instructor) is responsible for developing, maintaining, and teaching a variety of Boeing structural repair courses. The following courses are currently taught by the Boeing Structural Maintenance Training group to commercial airline, MRO, and defense engineers.

Customer Training Specialist (Structures Instructor) is expected over time to increase the number of courses they are qualified to teach. The qualification process involves attending and surveying the course, studying (spinning up on) the course material, working with a SME/mentor, followed by technical checks performed by another qualified instructor and dry runs with the team lead and team.

This position is primarily onsite at our Singapore campus, and sometimes remote at customer or other Boeing locations.

**Position Responsibilities**:
Boeing Structural Maintenance Training Courses:

- Metallic Repair Design for Engineers
- Composite Repair Design for Engineers
- Composite Non-Destructive Testing
- Boeing Drawings
- Boeing Structural Repair Manuals
- Corrosion Prevention and Control
- Composite Non Destructive Testing

Shift is primarily day shift and at times, employee are expected to work flexible hours as appropriate to meet customer needs.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- Bachelor's of Science degree from an accredited course of study in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Civil or Structural Engineering
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed. International travel can be up to 25% and during exceptional times a little more.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and Word
- 4 or more years’ experience in an engineering classification with emphasis on aircraft structures
- English language fluency

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- 7 or more years’ experience in one or more of the following structures engineering disciplines:

- Design
- Liaison
- Stress Analysis
- Experience in training, or courseware development
