Boeing Singapore is hiring a Global Airline Pilot Training Instructor Evaluator. This job role is based in Singapore.
**The Role**:
The Global Airline Pilot Training Instructor Evaluator will be an expert in Boeing competency-based training and assessment (CBTA) instructor training methodology. The Instructor Evaluator will evaluate & analyse the current processes and procedures used by airline training instructors and evaluate the changes needed for the airline instructors to train and assess Boeing CBTA. The information gathered will be used to establish and create a gap analysis for an airline transition plan to Boeing competency-based training and assessment (CBTA).
The airline training Instructor evaluator identifies the training needs analysis and provides a roadmap for change.
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyse an airline training instructor methodology and processes in place in order to determine a transition plan to Boeing CBTA.
- Assess the viability and change roadmap of airline training instructors to adapt to Boeing CBTA program.
- Create a specific airline instructor training gap analysis
- Create an airline specific instructor training transition plan that enables full implementation of Boeing CBTA program.
**Required Qualifications/Experience**:
- Have or has held a professional pilot license with ideally Boeing aircraft type endorsements
- Minimum of 3 years delivering aircrew training as qualified instructor (SFI/TRI)
- Excellent understanding of CBTA & EBT principles
- Ability to travel unrestricted world-wide - minimum 50% of time travelling
- Balanced profile of aircrew training knowledge/understanding and analytical reasoning
- Outstanding at relationship building with experience of partnering with business.
- Articulate with ability to complete training gap analysis
