Job Summary

  • We are launching an exciting payment solutions product to help SMEs accept electronic payments with audio confirmation. We're looking for energetic and target-driven field sales executives to grow our merchant base across Singapore.
  • In this role as in Merchant Acquisition you will play a critical part in acquiring new merchants (Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) owners) and helping them unlock growth through technology.
  • Training will be provided, we are open to candidates without any experience.

Responsibilities

  • Canvass F&B, retail, and service merchants island-wide via cold calling
  • Pitch (conduct sales presentation & demo) and onboard merchants to adopt the payment solution
  • Conduct simple setup and merchant training (implementation is straightforward)
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Collect feedback and report market insights to the team

Requirements

  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills to influence SME owners
  • Enjoys walking the ground, talking to people and comfortable with cold call outreach
  • Self-motivated, performance-driven, result oriented and eager to earn
  • Experience in field sales, telco, POS/payments, or gig merchant onboarding preferred
  • Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Singaporeans only
