As an Deputy Director, Healthy Precinct (Engagement & Partnership), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Spearhead the development of the overall strategy and framework to foster health-social integration in collaboration with internal and community stakeholders.

  • Design and execute initiatives to empower the community in managing their health.

  • Cultivate a community culture that promotes healthy lifestyles and preventive care in partnership with community stakeholders.

  • Foster strong collaborations with internal and community stakeholders, such as grassroots organizations, social service agencies, and healthcare providers, to improve patient and resident well-being and ensure seamless integration of care across various settings.

  • Support team growth by developing skills and promote collaboration between the team.

  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline.

  • Proven experience in programme development, stakeholder engagement and project management.

  • At least 3-5 years of leadership experience.
