Sales Operations Manager/ Supervisor

Overview

The company seeks a Sales Operations Supervisor who can help train a team of sales administration staff in all sales order processing and billing in Oracle Netsuite. The candidate will also ensure that all related inventory and operational issues are resolved, working with cross-functional teams on a regular basis. The candidate will need to be organised, consistent and detail orientated.

Responsibilities:

  • Train a team of sales executives in order processing and input in Oracle Netsuite
  • Improve sales flow processes by proactively identifying, formulating and implementing initiatives with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure consistency in team output through regular maintenance of skills and checking of SOPs
  • Act as first-stop for any challenges the sales support team may be experiencing from an operational perspective
  • Work with warehouse team in ensuring accuracy of inventory and inventory related data to facilitate order input
  • Contribute towards accuracy of order fulfilment through continued review of processes
  • Fill-in where required, particularly if team members are on MC or annual leave

Requirements:

·       Experience in Oracle Netsuite is a must

·       Strong excel skills

·       Meticulous, detail orientated, efficient

·       Creative problem solver

·       Lateral thinker

·       Ability to meet challenges, deadlines, and work in a revenue focused environment
