Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented
Key Account Executive
to manage and grow our retail sales platforms. The role focuses primarily on retail channels such as Watsons, Guardian, and Welcia, while also supporting cross-functional teams to maximise sales performance and strengthen brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage day-to-day operations with key retailers to ensure strong relationships and smooth execution of business plans.


• Monitor and analyse sales performance, stock levels, and sell-through to drive growth in assigned accounts.


• Support in negotiation and execution of Joint Business Plans (JBP) with retailers, including A&P activities, promotion planning, and in-store activations.


• Coordinate product listing, planograms, and top shelf displays to ensure optimal visibility.


• Work closely with marketing to align campaigns and ensure a strong retail presence.


• Prepare sales reports and provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer demand.


• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment and smooth order fulfilment.


• Manage trade promotions, sampling activities, and event activations in partnership with retail outlets.


• Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines (HSA, retailer requirements, etc).

Requirements


• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.


• 2–4 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Trade Marketing, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or healthcare industry.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage retail partners effectively.


• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and develop actionable strategies.


• Detail-oriented with good project management and coordination skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.


• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Owning a car is a plus for store visits and retailer engagement.
