About the role

We are seeking a talented Key Account Executive to join our dynamic team at HK Kolmar Singapore Pte. Ltd. in the Novena Central Region. Playing a crucial role in driving our company's growth by generating leads, closing sales, and providing excellent customer service. This full-time position offers competitive remuneration and the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
  • Engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs. Experience in liaising with Supermarket retail and FMCG sectors (e.g., Watsons, Guardian, Unity).
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals while ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Maintaining detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall sales strategy
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide valuable insights to customers

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the FMCG experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
