We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Proposition Manager, GPB.

In this role you will:

Proposition Development: design and refine proposition to ensure an attractive and commercial offering in each market and appropriate competitive differentiation and appeal to our priority target segments with focus on wealthData Analytics and Commercialisation: Leverage data analytics, client insights and market intelligence to inform strategy decisions, measure proposition performance and optimize outcomes through tools like CRM system, predictive modelling and performance dashboardsImplementation of strategic initiatives: take full ownership of implementing strategic initiatives, managing complex, cross-functional projects with wealth product teams; ensuring alignment, timely delivery, achieve revenue growth and client satisfaction targetsCollaborate with regional and market teams to identify and capitalize business opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and develop new product ideas based on market needs and competitive analysisStakeholder Management and CollaborationRisk and Compliance oversightEnsure proposition team alignment with all other areas of Global Distribution – ie: sales effectiveness, collaboration and marketing

To be successful you will need:

At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in private banking, wealth management, strategy consulting, or financial services, with proven track record in proposition development, client segmentation, wealth productStrong understanding of private banking, wealth management products (e.g. investment portfolios, trusts, estate planning), and global financial marketsExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and articular complex strategies clearlyHands-on experience in cross functional collaboration, including working with global and regional teams for initiatives and product launchesDemonstrated success in using data to drive business decisions and improve client engagement in a global and multi-market contextBe able to work independently and deliver initiatives from ideation to executionPrior exposure to project management and implementation of wealth-related initiatives is essentialAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative team player capable of building relationships across diverse geographies and culturesHigh level of integrity, attention to detail and commitment to excellence
