Job Description:

  • Plan and execute visual merchandising setups and activations in line with HQ/RHQ brand guidelines and planograms.
  • Manage POP materials, fixtures, and RDUs - from production and rollout to maintenance and tracking.
  • Coordinate with vendors and agencies to ensure timely, high-quality deployments and rectifications.
  • Support in-mall advertising, events, and roadshows to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
  • Oversee digital content execution for Samsung-owned screens, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
  • Handle asset management, billing, invoicing, and related administrative tasks.
  • Uphold retail excellence and ensure consistency across all store environments.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in Retail Operations role
  • A team player with strong influencing skills and able to work under tight schedules
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Location: Office located at Pasir Panjang

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (Overtime may be required during launch peak periods)

Benefits:

  • Reimbursement for mobile bill (capped at $100).
  • Medical benefits package provided.
  • Up to 1 month salary upon completion of 1 year contract
