Looking for Part Time Admin Assistant for a Beauty Clinic

Job scope:

  • Front desk duties, booking client appointments, replying messages and answering calls
  • Assisting with filming content for marketing and designing social media posts
  • Assisting during livestreams and packing orders
  • Any other administrative duties as assigned

Job requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Meticulous and customer service oriented
  • Independent and able to work in fast paced environment
  • Familiar with social media platforms such as Tiktok and Instagram
  • Able to use Canva features for designing social media posts

Job details:

  • Shop located within walking distance from Jurong East MRT
  • Required to work 3 days per week, 1 weekend (9AM-7PM), 1 weekday (Tuesday 11AM-10PM) + 1 flexible day
