Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support, training, and guidance to ERP users and superusers
  • Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot the ERP system to align with business needs
  • Manage ERP-related projects across the full lifecycle, including post-implementation support
  • Support process improvements in areas such as refurbishment, warehousing, lot management, and customer-owned inventory
  • Generate reports and perform data analysis to aid business decision-making and support system-related activities (e.g., MRP, cycle counts)

Requirements:

  • Min Degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent qualification
  • Min 2 years of experience in ERP system
  • Only Singaporean may apply
