Personnel Assistant

Main Responsibilities
Assist the Company Director in managing all matters related to the Group's subsidiaries and affiliated companies as required.
Support the Company Director in various aspects, including but not limited to project execution, communication, and problem-solving with teams.
Formulate implementation plans and measures according to the Company Director's instructions to promote the company's overall development.
Assist various departments in establishing and improving internal systems, including but not limited to company regulations, office management policies, project management systems, safety and conduct guidelines, employee communication procedures, financial policies, and job responsibility frameworks.
Assist in supervising the company's daily operations to ensure that all work is carried out according to established goals and plans; identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and propose improvement measures to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
Coordinate internal and external resources within the Group to ensure smooth execution of all tasks, maintain effective communication and coordination with responsible personnel, and improve work efficiency and collaboration.
Assist in organizing and hosting various meetings, and help implement resolutions.
Supervise the company's operations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and provide risk alerts when necessary.
Facilitate problem-solving between projects and departments, and between offices and projects, to ensure smooth cross-department collaboration.
Assist in handling the Company Director's documentation, meetings, and related administrative matters.
Optimize the company's organizational structure; clarify and refine job responsibilities based on the company's development needs.
Monitor key project progress, coordinate cross-departmental resources, and ensure that major milestones are achieved.
Liaise with government agencies, clients, and business partners; handle business receptions and public relations matters.
Handle urgent and ad-hoc assignments as instructed by the Company Director.
Assist the Company Director in rapid response and overall coordination during emergencies.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Company Director.
International Business
Assist the Company Director in expanding international business operations, including business trips to multiple countries when necessary.
Support the Company Director in managing the operations of the Singapore company and other affiliated companies or projects in neighboring countries.
Assist the Company Director in the overall coordination and management of international projects.
Support the Company Director in overseeing the overall operations of the Singapore company.
Once the Singapore project becomes stable, assist in maintaining and expanding business in surrounding countries.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree or above. Candidates with majors in Architecture, Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Law will be given priority.
Work Experience:
3–5 years of experience in the construction or real estate industry, with a solid understanding of the full project lifecycle (such as tendering and bidding, construction management, and cost control).
Candidates with experience as Executive Assistant to senior management, Project Manager, Strategic Analyst, or in related positions will be preferred.
