Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather business/application requirements and design, install, test & implement network systems aligned with specifications and SLAs.
  • Align daily operations with ITSM/ITIL best practices (Change, Incident, Problem, Release Management & CMDB).
  • Proactively monitor network performance and availability, taking corrective measures to ensure service continuity.
  • Respond to incidents with root cause analysis and provide timely resolution and updates.
  • Implement backup, restore, and disaster recovery plans to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation.
  • Assist in solution proposals and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor a team of network engineers.
  • Obtain and maintain vendor certifications to support partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of network engineering experience.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall management.
  • Hands-on experience in enterprise network infrastructure and monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes.
  • Leadership experience is an advantage.
  • Relevant vendor certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.) preferred.
