About the Role

We are seeking an IT Specialist to support and strengthen the company's technology infrastructure and digital initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of both technology and fine art, contributing to the ongoing digital transformation and Web3 integration of the organisation. The IT specialist will play a key role in managing our daily IT operations, implementing system improvements, while also participating in the planning and implementation of an upcoming digital platform backed with Web3 technology.

This is a full-time position based on a 5.5-day work week, with a half-day on Saturday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily IT operations, including network (LAN/Wi-Fi) and server management, system backups, and general IT maintenance.
  • Perform system administration tasks — setting up and maintaining user accounts, email servers, access permissions, and ensuring overall data security.
  • Manage software and hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting across the organisation (including Windows, Microsoft Office, and other enterprise tools).
  • Support management in IT-related activities such as vendor coordination, procurement, system upgrades, and policy implementation.
  • Plan and lead selected technology or digital projects — including Web3, blockchain integration, and online platform development.
  • Provide technical support for gallery operations, including website maintenance, maintaining documentation of IT procedures, and user guides.
  • Miscellaneous gallery operations as and when required.
Requirements
  • Relevant ITE certificate, Diploma in Information and Digital Technology, Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows environments, MacOS, and general IT troubleshooting.
  • Experience with website management, CMS systems, or basic coding is a plus.
  • Exposure or interest in Web3, blockchain technologies, or digital art platforms will be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
