Lab Technician/Coordinator

• Position: Lab Technician/Coordinator
• Location: Orchard
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm), Saturday (half day when needed)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,700 + Performance Bonus + 14 days annual leave
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Dermatology

Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up, maintaining, and calibrating clinical trial instruments and equipment.
• Support the preparation and organization of testing materials and study documentation.
• Recruit, screen, and coordinate study participants in accordance with trial requirements and protocols.
• Schedule and manage study appointments to ensure smooth participant flow.
• Collect and record study data accurately following established procedures.
• Assist in monitoring study procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate with project leads, investigators, and other study staff to ensure seamless study operations.
• Maintain proper inventory and storage of study supplies and equipment.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE/Diploma in Science
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• Candidate without experience or little experience is welcome as full training is provided
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin business associates
