**Responsibilities**:

- Receive a new pre-configured audio player from our Hong Kong office.
- Travel to the site at Ngee Ann City Shopping Mall.
- Replace the faulty audio player with the new one.
- Fetch the old player and securely package it for shipping back to our office.
- Connect and configure the new audio player.
- Capture multimedia evidence (video) of the installation process.
- Coordinate with our remote team for guidance and support.
- Communicate effectively with the customer regarding scheduling and updates.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting if required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in audio equipment maintenance or related fields preferred.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting audio systems and basic networking.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to accommodate scheduling changes and urgent interventions.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.

**Estimated Time and Cost**:
The maintenance intervention is expected to take approximately 1 to 2 hours. The technician will be compensated based on hourly rates, inclusive of travel expenses and any additional costs incurred during the intervention.

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour
