Recruitment: Project Manager (Singtel)

Key Responsibilities:
1) Events Coordination and Management:

- Propose and evaluate potential event locations for customer approval.
- Plan and coordinate logistics, including site setup and ancillary work.
- Recruit, train, and manage event coordinators, promoters, and staff, ensuring attendance and performance compliance.
- Track and report sales transactions, including inventory of premiums, gifts, and other promotional items.
- Ensure events start on schedule and adhere to client instructions.

2) Staff and Materials Management:

- Oversee Roadshow Coordinator to manage multiple events within designated areas.
- Ensure the proper installation and dismantling of event materials in compliance with client's guidelines.
- Engage skilled emcees and hosts to interact with audiences and deliver promotional messages effectively.
- Manage on-site personnel for ad-hoc services and coordinate sound/audio systems setup.

3) Sales and Reporting:

- Sell products and services as per the Retailer Agreement during events.
- Provide transparent cost estimates for advertising, rentals, and other event-related services.

Qualifications:

- Passion in event management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and resolve unforeseen circumstances effectively.
- Knowledge of event logistics, sound systems, and customer service.
- Ability to work with external vendors and suppliers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Ability to manage budgets and track expenses accurately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
