**As a Network Operations Engineer, you are responsible for the operation and support of our global WAN, LAN & WLAN infrastructure.**

**Your tasks will include administration, development**:

- Administration, service, expansion, monitoring and support for the worldwide RHIMAGNESITA WAN/LAN/WLAN & MS Azure environments
- Second level support and assistance at projects concerning the worldwide RHI MAGNESITA LAN and WLAN network
- Troubleshooting in the entire RHI MAGNESITA WAN/LAN/WLAN network environment
- Definition & implementation of technical concepts and group standards
- Provisioning and operation of appropriately dimensioned transmission paths in data and Internet as well as externally sufficient secured router-/firewall network.
- Installation and service of the Barracuda Management Center and all firewalls, as well as the provided services and technologies like VPN server, proxy server, URL filter, traffic shaping, traffic intelligence, firewall authentication, etc.
- Network design and implementation of new and existing RHIMAGNESITA branches (switches, WiFi )
- Construction of redundant route guidance to optimally secure “Connectivity” of all sites
- Evaluation and implementation of new technologies, products, solutions and possibilities to improve the existing network.
- Recommendations concerning the direct commission of carrier-providers
- Establishment and administration of VPN networks for remote connections to support companies, suppliers, and customers.

**In addition, you have**:

- Ideally, 3-5 years of experience in firewall and WAN operations (e.g. Barracuda, Cisco, Fortinet )
- Completed university degree, preferably in Computer Science
- Good proficiency in the areas of routing, switching & firewall operations
- Fluent in English and Chinese, additional languages will be considered as an asset
- Open mind-set and customer orientation
- Excellent communication skills that allow you to work as part of an international team
- Ability to work independently

**Salary**: $4,800.00 - $6,000.00 per month
