Accounts Officer
Job Description:
- Experience in handling full set of accounts.
- Ensure month-end and yearly closing deadline are met and compliance to local rule and regulation.
- Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts payables and Accounts receivable.
- Prepare Quarterly GST Submissions on time.
- Liaise with Commercial Department on projects invoicing & Work in progress.
- Assist in yearly audit, handle audit queries.
- Assist to verify staff claims for reimbursement.
- Prepare and analyse project budget and forecast reports.
- Liaise with external auditors and provide the required support to the auditors.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Candidates with 3 year of accounts experience will be preferred.
- 5.5 days work week.
- Hold a Bachelor degree in accountancy/ finance or equivalent.
- IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
HR Officer
Job Description:
- Handle HR work including Recruitment, Attendance, Training, Formulating Policy & Procedure
- Application, renewal, and cancellation of work permit
- Manage daily General Administration works including maintain office facilities, supplies and equipment, manage travel arrangement
- Handle work injury claims
- Organize and coordinate company cultural activities and meetings
- Maintain proper documentation of employee records
- Any other ad-hoc site admin duties which may be assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Candidates with 1 year of HR/Admin experience will be preferred.
- 5.5 days work week
- Diploma in Business Administration or other associated disciplines
- Independent, ability to communicate effectively, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Meticulous, detailed and able to handle confidential information.
- A team player with initiative and able to work independently.
