Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Architectural Associate to join our Modular Construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing modular architectural designs using BIM software, supporting project proposals, and coordinating with offshore production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Modeling

  • Develop concept and schematic designs using BIM software such as Revit.

  • Create modular designs optimized for manufacturing and assembly by offshore production facilities.

  • Project Support

  • Document client discussions and design requirements.

  • Assist the Head (Modular Construction) in preparing responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP).
  • Support feasibility studies, site assessments, and concept development using modular design principles.
  • Prepare and deliver design presentations to clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

  • Technical Coordination

  • Gain familiarity with Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) processes at production facilities.

  • Collaborate with offshore production units to develop shop drawings for steel and concrete PPVC units.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in architecture or equivalent
  • Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit, and other 3D or computational design tools.
  • Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience or interest in modular construction and DfMA principles is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • This is a renewable two-year contract. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
