Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full-Set Accountant to manage the complete accounting cycle of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all financial transactions, preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations, and some office admin supports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full set of accounts including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Handle month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow and budgeting.
  • Process payroll and ensure accurate tax filings.
  • Prepare and file tax returns (corporate, VAT/GST, etc.).
  • Maintain and update accounting systems and databases.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP or IFRS and internal financial policies.
  • Provide financial analysis and reports to management for decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in full-set accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A Singaporean or Permanet Resident.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in handling high-volume transactions.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience in a multi-entity or international accounting environment is a plus.
