Employment Type: 2-Year Contract
Salary: Up to $3,500 (based on experience)
We are partnering with a well-established property & facilities management organisation to hire a dedicated Senior / Administrative Assistant to support their operations team. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Operations team, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth workflow.
- Handle sourcing and purchasing activities to support daily operational needs.
- Prepare invoices, perform data entry, and assist with scheduled reporting.
- Coordinate necessary paperwork related to meter readings, carpark systems, M&E services, and other operational processes.
- Assist with documentation for renovation works, reinstatement matters, and other tenancy-related processes.
- Support communications and correspondence with tenants.
- Liaise with authorities and perform general administrative and clerical duties.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Studies or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work systematically.
