Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused End User and Video Conferencing Support Executive/Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to end users and ensure the smooth operation of video conferencing systems. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for technology and a desire to help others.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to video conferencing systems (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of video conferencing equipment.
• Conduct training sessions for end users on video conferencing tools and best practices.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Document and track support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in end user support and video conferencing.
Qualifications:
• ITE or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role .
• Strong knowledge of video conferencing tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
