The Role

As our Bar Supervisor, you'll be the dynamic link between our front-of-house and bar team—setting the tone for polished, seamless service that complements our fire-driven dining experience. You'll lead operations during service, support cocktail execution, and ensure every guest departure is memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate floor & bar operations during service shifts
• Work closely with bartenders on prep, crafting, and presentation of craft cocktails
• Train and mentor service staff to uphold a high standard of hospitality
• Confidently manage guest feedback or issues with prompt, thoughtful resolution
• Maintain bar inventory, assist with ordering, and conduct shift-based reports & closing routines IndeedJooble
• Be the approachable, solutions-oriented presence on the floor throughout service

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Able to stay calm under pressure and inspire teamwork
• Organized, reliable, and proactive—a true hands-on leader
