Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and respond to phone or email enquiries.
  • Assist doctors during aesthetic procedures and minor medical treatments.
  • Dispense prescribed medications and guide patients through diagnostic procedures.
  • Monitor and replenish clinic inventory, including medical supplies and consumables.
  • Handle billing, documentation, and coordination of lab tests and screening reports.
  • Support daily clinic operations and maintain high service standards.
  • Greet and assist walk-in patients and visitors professionally.
  • Collect biological samples for health screenings when required.
  • Prepare reports and ensure proper filing of patient records.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Minimum GCE O-Level.
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
